The Journey Participant acknowledges that all content, exercises, and methodologies, including but not limited to The Only Leaders Worth* Following (book), The Who* Not What Journey (leadership development process), and The Aperio Method (leadership development methodology), The Who* Not What Principle, The Who* of Leadership, The Leadership Tree, and The What of Leadership are the sole intellectual property of The Aperio Company. As such, they may not be recreated, copied, reproduced, published, shared, used, or leveraged for any purpose, for profit or not for profit, without written permission from The Aperio Company. This applies to but is not limited to any venue, forum (including virtual or online), organization (including past, current, or future employers or clients), company, or circumstance.
Should the Journey Participant desire to use any of the Intellectual Property owned by The Aperio Company for any reason, the Journey Participant can legally do so by contacting representatives of The Aperio Company and purchasing appropriate intellectual property licenses from The Aperio Company.
