optional activity
Return to assessments you’ve done in the past—StrengthsFinder, Myers-Briggs, DISC, 360 Assessment, Enneagram, etc.—and use these as a tool for self-reflection. Ask yourself:
Does anything jump out at me that didn’t before because of my work on being more Self-Aware? What jumps out to you? Why do you think this is?
Does anything you see in your assessments connect with your reflection during your One-Person Discussions?
Does anything you see in your assessments connect with feedback you received during your Two-Person Discussions?
Small Group Questions

Transition to Phase 2: two-person discussions
Below is an Audio Note with some important reminders as you begin your Two-Person Discussions.
Small Group Questions
Share with each other if you’ve been able to have any Two-person discussions so far. What has gone well? What has been challenging? If you have already shared some of this in your weekly reflection, build on what you’ve already shared.
In the Audio Note Tim encourages you to act as an “investigative journalist” in your discussions, as this can lead to a “richness of feedback.” Why do you think rich feedback is important? How can you posture yourself as an “investigative journalist”?

Preferences, hot buttons, and personality style
As you continue working on becoming even more Self-aware, we want to acknowledge that some of these eight aspects of Self-aware do have overlap with each other. However, we think that there is enough distinction between the eight to justify tackling them separately. As you work through your One-Person Discussions, don’t get sidetracked or frustrated by making sure there are clear distinctions and finding something specific for each category. Just use these categories as a guide to get to know yourself better.
Small Group Questions
How have your One-Person Discussions been going so far? Have you been able to work through each category? If not, why not?
Share one or two “ah-ha” moments from your One-Person discussions. If this is something you have already shared in your weekly email, build upon what you shared.
What got your attention from Tim’s first Audio Note (AC1)? What got your attention from Tim’s second Audio Note (AC2)?
