Small Group Questions #1
This first Small Group you will come prepared to discuss your Holistically Healthy Plan. You should have chosen two aspects of being Holistically Healthy to focus on and have completed pages 40-48 (your Holistically Healthy Reflection) and 52-55 (your Plan) in your Session Book. Please be prepared to discuss the following questions. Your Small Group Captain will compile your answers to the last 3 questions and send them to The Aperio.
Share how the Holistically Healthy Reflection Exercise was for you. What were some things that you discovered about yourself? What, if anything, was particularly eyeopening and/or memorable?
What word, if any, do you prefer when discussing the action steps to your plan: ritual, discipline, habit, practice, exercise, etc? Why do you like this particular word?
Share overall thoughts about compiling your Discipline Improvement Plans. Was this easy or challenging for you? Why?
