Welcome to Curious!

Here you’ll find everything you need to make the most of your Curious concentration.

LEARN

  • Listen to the Curious audio note (31 minutes, but we also have two other versions that play at 1.5x or 2x Speed). You might consider having a notebook handy so you can make some notes if you hear something specific that you want to remember.

Apply

  • Review the instructions for the Curious Practice: “Tell Me More About That.

  • Pull out your Curious Card and review the definition. Put it in a place where you’ll see it regularly throughout the Curious concentration. Some people prop it up right next to their computer monitor. We’ve given you multiple cards so you can put them in multiple places. You can also download phone screen wallpapers: [Option 1] [Option 2]

REFLECT

  • Individual: Jot notes along the way. If you haven’t yet, go ahead and schedule a meeting with yourself for your weekly 15-minute reflection time on Tuesday. When you’ve finished reflecting, share some of your reflection with your small group by email prior to your group meeting.

  • Small Group: Meet for 60 minutes at the midpoint of the 2-week Curious concentration (on our around Wednesday/Thursday, May 19/20) to discuss in greater depth your experiences and learnings thus far.

Now let’s go and be Curious.
